Delete your account

Repaired AI, by Olimi. You can delete your account from inside the app, or ask us to do it for you. Either way the deletion is permanent.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open Repaired and make sure you’re signed in.
  2. Go to Settings, then scroll to the About section at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm on the prompt. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Or ask us to delete it

Email support@repaired-ai.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Repaired account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes all of it. Nothing is archived for later:

  • Your profile — email address, display name, and any preferences you set.
  • Every private conversation with your counselor, including anything you imported into one.
  • The messages you sent in shared sessions, and the context items built from them.
  • Notifications, device tokens for push, sign-in credentials, and usage records.

What is kept

  • The other person’s messages in a shared session. A session is a record two people made together; your side goes, theirs stays, because it is their data to delete.
  • Records held by Google Play or Apple.Purchases go through the store, not through us. Our copy of your subscription record is deleted with your account, but the store’s own billing history is theirs — ask Google or Apple to remove it.

Delete one conversation, keep your account

You don’t have to close your account to clear your history. Deletion in Repaired is per-conversation: open a person, open the conversation, and use its data controls. That erases the private chat and everything you imported into it, and withdraws your messages from any shared session it fed — while leaving your account and your other conversations alone.
