Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Repaired, you're agreeing to these terms and to the Privacy Policy alongside them. You need to be at least 17 to use Repaired. If you don't agree with something here, the honest advice is not to use the app.

Repaired helps two people work through something together, each supported by an AI. It's a communication tool, not a healthcare service: it is not therapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice, and no therapist-patient relationship is created by using it.

If you're in crisis, or someone's safety is at risk, don't use Repaired for that — contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has gotten into your account.

Everything you write, import, or share in Repaired stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it for one purpose only: running the service for you — syncing it to your devices, generating AI replies, and carrying the pieces you approve into shared sessions. When you delete content, that permission ends with it.

Don't use Repaired to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone — including the person you're paired with. Don't import conversations you have no right to share, don't try to break into or overload the service, and don't use it for anything illegal. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

The free plan includes a daily amount of conversation time that resets each day. Paid subscriptions, when you choose one, are billed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled anytime in your iPhone's subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your AI tries hard to be fair and helpful, but it's an AI: it can be wrong, miss context, or phrase things badly. Treat what it says as a starting point for your own judgment, not a verdict — especially for big decisions about your relationship, health, money, or legal matters.

Repaired is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including the outcome of conversations between you and the other person. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

You can stop using Repaired and delete your account at any time from Settings → About. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Repaired after that means you accept the updated terms.
